How to Remove/Protect/Hide Your Entire Partition Drive
Steps:
1. Press Windowskey+R to open Run Dialog Box
2. Type diskpart and hit Enter
3. Type list volume to see the list of Drives available on your PC
4. Now Suppose You Want to Hide Drive E, then type select volume 2 (selects Drive E for Processing)
5. Then Type remove letter e for hiding it.
6. Once you have performed this step, the drive E will not be shown in My Computer
7. To show your hidden drive, type select volume 2 (selects Drive E for Processing)
8. Then Type assign letter e (you can assign any letters, except letters that are already assigned)
9. Exit. (Your Drive Will appear again)
Note: This test can also be used to rename your system drives but can't be used to hide/rename the drive containing the Windows files.comments pls!

You can create or Change ’display name’ in Google Talk that will appear instead of your username. This will affect your contacts’ Friends lists, but will not affect your orkut profile page.
To create a display name:

Free time!
Heard a joke once: Man goes to doctor. Says he's depressed. Says life seems harsh and cruel. Says he feels all alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Doctor says "Treatment is simple. Great clown Pagliacci is in town tonight. Go and see him. That should pick you up." Man bursts into tears. Says "But, doctor...I am Pagliacci." Good joke. Everybody laugh. Roll on snare drum. Curtains.

Google GDrive
The launch of Google GDrive is going to take cloud computing to a new level. It would be serving as an online hard disk on which you can store any data and will be accessible from anywhere in the world. Only an internet connection is required by a user to view his data. Already we are using a service close to this in the way of picasa, google docs and other such services where our data is stored online, but its highly specific. GDrive is going to end that and an unlimited amount of data storage on the network would be possible. This Hard Drive will also auto sync. your files with the files with the files on your computer and update the changed ones. The expected launch date is sometime this year.
Google is already working on convincing the people about the benefits of cloud computing in which the information is stored on the web rather than your hard drive. Another advantage which Google already has is the wide range of services it offers. Users generally will prefer to access service of a single provider which will have integration with other services. For example, I use Picasa, Gmail, blogger, adsense, google docs and logging in just one tab can open all other services in other tabs without asking for username and password. Also there are benefits of interoperability.
But there are downsides to this also. This means that the world will be trusting Google with large amount of personal data and it might breach that trust. There are already some allegations floating on Gmail scanning private mail accounts to generate targeted advertisements.

Summer placement process
You have secured admission to a good B School, now what. Well, the first challenge for the students of a B School in India is the summer placement. A lot is written in the media and magazines about the final placements but the summer placement process remains untouched. So I thought why not put some of my insights on this issue, since my brother have experienced the process now.
Summer Internship is a part of your MBA program and is mandatory for getting a degree. Companies hire recruits for two reasons. One is that they get to see candidates for a two month time to identify the potential candidates for recruitment. And the second is that it is a part of their Corporate Social Responsibility. For the candidates, it is a hand on experience to see how an organization works and apply the theoretical concepts studied in class to the real life. Students are given challenging and sometime live projects to work upon. Sometimes it is actually implemented by the companies also. At the end of the summer training you might end up with a PPO which is pre placement offer to join the company, or a PPI which is a pre placement interview.
The process followed by the companies for recruiting candidates for summers is quite similar to the final placements. The typical rounds in the process are aptitude test, group discussions, case study, group task and personal interview. The process begins generally by the short listing of resumes. Remember, the companies have very less time to go through them. So make sure that your highlight your USPs carefully. e.g Marketing Coordinator in tech-fest GENESIS should be replaced by Marketing Coordinator in tech-fest Genesis. This is because the term Marketing Coordinator is more important than the tech-fest name which might not be known to company HR. Another point is that find out what the company expects from you. Highlight those aspects of your CV which make you look fit for the job. e.g do not tell the a company which has come for Marketing Profile that you are interested in Finance. He will never hire you. The group discussion skills are the same as followed in the B School entrance process, with a slight difference. After you have joined the B School you are a team with your batch mates so show unity.
The personal interview is based generally on your CV. The company knows that you are new to the B School and just expects you to be clear on the basics taught to you in the first few days. For engineers, the respite is that technical concepts are generally not asked lest you are sitting for a very specific profile. So that’s in short the summer placement process.
